Towers & Emerald Pointe

The Towers condominium is composed of two large structures that are perpendicular to one another and interconnected via walkways. The largest of the two structures is actually composed of four independently classified buildings, predicated upon the construction date of each building. The construction of the entire complex was completed within two years. Buildings 1 through 4 are oriented to the west, while building 5 is oriented to the north. There are two sets of concrete stairs providing access to the lake. For your security, the parking lot is illuminated at night and is monitored by an 8-megapixel night vision security camera system. The Towers is one of many subdivisions within the Emerald Pointe community. The community is also comprised of custom-built homes, The Villas, The Emerald Bay Yacht Club, Lake Harbour, The View, Grande Pointe, and the Westgate Branson Lakes Resort. Together, we share the Clubhouse and enjoy the security gated entrance.
